Its funny that wherever we see a traffic police there is bound to be some form of bribery going on. And if you get time to chat up a traffic constable then you get to hear some really weird stuff. Stuff like, whenever some one breaks the signal and they cant that person all they can say is “sharam nahi ati *()^&*(^#*(@&#!(*&.” I mean arent they the ones who are supposed to stop people from doing this? Why curse them? and when they catch them instead of a challan its sweet talking the offender into giving them a bribe.

I think we should have a special police force like the ones that patrol the middle eastern countries. Only then shall they all stop acting in this fashion.
