In the depths of Cholistan Desert lies this fort which is the last residence of the Nawabs of Bahawalpur. They dont live there now, but the grandeur of the place can still be seen in the empty halls and walls. Needless to say that the fort is in the state of disrepair thanks to the Pakistan Govt. and the Tourism Department.
